MetaCen Therapeutics Co., Ltd. (CEO Myoung-Gyu Park), a biotech company specializing in new drug development, announced on the 14th that it has donated essential items to children in need.
The donation was made through the Community Chest of Korea and included over 1,100 units of children's nutritional supplements containing calcium and zinc.
A representative from MetaCen Therapeutics stated, "We made this donation with the hope that all children in South Korea will grow up healthy."
The nutritional supplements will be distributed to preschool and elementary school children at risk of nutritional imbalance.
Founded in 2015, MetaCen Therapeutics is currently developing a new drug related to Parkinson's disease.
