MetaCen Therapeutics (CEO Myoung-Gyu Park), a biotech company specializing in glycotoxin research, hosted the 2021 Full Members’ Night on December 20, with approximately 200 pharmacists attending the virtual event.
During the event, CEO Myoung-Gyu Park expressed gratitude to the full member pharmacists and outlined the company’s plans for the coming year. He also presented awards and gifts to 27 pharmacists who had been particularly active throughout the year.
Pharmacist Beom-Seok Sim, who operates Hanmaeum Pharmacy, remarked, "Being part of MetaCen Therapeutics is a source of pride because it’s a company with a promising future."
At the end of the event, a prize draw was held for the participating pharmacists, and all attendees were sent a commemorative gift.
This year, MetaCen Therapeutics' AGEs Society made significant waves in the pharmacy industry with products like Prostate Tongpyeong, Bio Hyaluronic Acid – AGEs Probiotics Postbiotics Therapy, and their focus on glycotoxins, greatly resonating with member pharmacists.
The association’s slogan for next year is “Walking Together with Joy”, reflecting their goal of continued collaboration with pharmacists.
Pharmacist Soon-Hee Park from DS Pharm commented, "I was pleased to learn about the company’s vision through this event. I’m confident in the company’s growth and will work hard again next year."
An event organizer shared, "Although we couldn’t meet in person due to the resurgence of COVID-19, we were happy to connect with pharmacists and share in the joy, even through a virtual platform."
In 2022, MetaCen Therapeutics' AGEs Society plans to continue its focus on research and development, new product launches, and supporting consultation pharmacies, with the aim of mutual growth alongside member pharmacists.
